Tableware - Earthenware

Earthenware is a porous and robust material. It’s not translucent and can be white or coloured.

Although body formulations vary tremendously between countries, and even between individual makers, a generic composition is 25% ball clay, 28% kaolin, 32% quartz, and 15% feldspar. Due to its higher porosity than stoneware or porcelain, earthenware needs to be fully glazed to be watertight.

Here is an overview of our technical offer, don’t hesitate to contact us for more details!
