Key Features

Pressed Batts
(Extruded possible)

Pressed Batts

• Low thermal mass

• High flatness

• Very long life-time

• Very precise and stable geometric dimensions

• High resistance to bending at high temperature

Pressed Biscuit Setters

Pressed Biscuit

• Enable an easy handling of your tableware pieces even before firing

Glost firing (Temperature : 1 300 - 1 400°C):

The glost firing, is realized at high temperature (1 300 - 1 400 °C). There is a trend to reduce the cycle time from 17-18 h (traditional tunnel or shuttle kilns) to as low as 3 h., thanks to fast firing technology. Silicon Carbide products have become more than ever a must to face these very tough operating conditions.
